We developed a City Center, building a 10 story 165,000 sq ft office building with a 5 level, 500 car parking garage.  The first floor has 25 retail shops with 36,000 sq. ft. The other floors consist of 165,000 sq. ft. of office space.  The City Center also includes a separate 14 story Residential Condominium.

5.5 Acres of former railroad land.  We created a City Center consisting of 22,000 sq ft of retail (5 retail stores & 5 restaurants), a 14 storey All Suite hotel,  a 12 storey Residential Condominium with underground and surface parking, 5 separate Class A office buildings (a four storey, 3 three storey buildings and a five storey building) and renovated the train station.
